I've written hundreds of "winning" purchase agreements, so I've learned how to best structure your offer to greatly increase the probability of the seller accepting your offer! Once we're under contract I'll personally do any required negotiations with seller, or listing agent (with your input), negotiate any required inspection repairs with your input during the due diligence period (if there are any to be negotiated), and I'll write all required amendments and paperwork throughout the process, and also take care of anything that needs to be done (with your input) to ensure everything goes smoothly and as stress-free as possible until we reach a successful closing!
